Being one of the largest tropical archipelagoes in the world, it is expected that there would be coconut trees throughout the Philippines, just like the tropical islands of Trinidad and Tobago.
With so many coconuts there's so much you can do with them..
Here in the PH, one of my favourites is pan de coco.
However, the pictures shed the spotlight on coconut strings !! Who would have thought ? a nice sweetish touch to top your desserts and coconut wine vinegar to add a special touch to your recipes...
