This is a product of Trinidad and Tobago that originated in the town of Angostura, Venezuela. It is used in bars around the world to add a dash of flavour to drink cocktails. It may also be used to add zing to recipes. It has a distinct aroma. I made sure to have my own supply here in the Philippines ! This product has already received the seal of approval from the British Royal Family.
